"Stop what you’re doing and look no further for an absolutely wonderful agent. We went with Judy Reed Realty based on the outstanding reviews to sell and purchase another home. Let me say, Judy did not disappoint us in any area. From her extensive knowledge of real estate, very courteous professional demeanor, positive reassuring attitude to the constant communication from start to finish. Judy was so very helpful in giving us so much information and took the time to make sure we understood fully before moving forward and that we were comfortable in doing so for both parts of home buying and selling. I am so very glad that we went with Judy Reed and will for sure be using her again in the future for any home selling/buying needs. We are so in love with our new home!"

"We sold our home in Chesapeake in 2024 with Judy Reed. It was a great experience. What I loved most is that Judy put a lot of care and effort into her work with the house. Our home selling endeavor came with a lot of challenges like co-owners and out-of-state correspondence. But Judy guided us through the sale, offered her expertise, her resources, all while letting us retain control of the bottom line. The closing didn't happen for us overnight, but Judy linked me into a messaging service to inform me of all the property appointments and viewings via text. It was good to see so many people interested the home and that it was constantly showing. Judy facilitated all the inspection, certificate, appraisal, etc. requirements and kept us informed throughout the process. As a first-time seller, I'm very happy with the closing price and the entire experience working with Judy. She is personable, knowledgable and was very much a pleasure to work with."

"I put up my house for sell in March 2025, I never met Ms. Judy Reed physically during the listing and sale period due to my living out of state in Texas while the selling house is in Virginia. But Judy took hear of me as if she had known me all her life, she took care of my house, from minor repairs, cleaning, beautification and staging the house for potential buyers. She also did real estate market analysis and gave advice on the trends, thereby helping me to make an informed decision on market value for my property. She’s always communicating and giving me feedback on what potential buyers want after each showing, working with other realtors to ensure that the house is finally sold. Judy handled the negotiations with both parties and also with my property HOA management company, coordinating all the required outside repairs. went above and beyond to ensure that I had exceptional customer experience, and I would give her a five star rating for her performance and recommend her! A+++++"

"I couldn’t be happier, Judy did a fantastic job getting my father’s house sold. When you are selling a house, you may not be prepared for all the problems that could arise. Judy anticipated many of the problems and told us beforehand that we may encounter them. She has contacts with all the contractors you may need. This is a huge benefit, because doing it on your own would be a monumental task. All of the contractors had the utmost regard for Judy, and wasted no time helping us. Judy has her thumb on the pulse of the marketplace and priced the property accordingly. Additionally, the sale was remote, and believe it or not, the whole process went very smoothly. I highly recommend Judy as your real estate agent, plus she has a really great personality!"
